📦 How to Send or Deliver Your Equipment
We like to keep things simple—no RMA numbers or complicated forms.
If your instrument has a recent Duncan calibration sticker
or
comes with a business card or note identifying the owner,
that’s all we need to get started.

Pack your instrument securely (we reuse packaging where possible to reduce waste)

A: Nope. If your instrument has a Duncan sticker from the last calibration or a note with your contact info, just pack it and send it in. No forms. No hassle.
Q: How long does calibration or repair take?
A: Most jobs are completed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your instrument. If you need a rush, just let us know—we’ll do our best.
Q: Can I drop equipment off in person?
A: Absolutely. Just call ahead or ring the buzzer at the door. We’re happy to see you.
Q: Will I receive a calibration certificate?
A: Yes. Every calibration includes a traceable certificate. We also keep a digital copy on file if you ever need a reprint.
Q: Can I get a quote before work begins?
A: Definitely. Just let us know when you send it in, and we’ll send you a quote before we proceed.
